Me and my son had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and cream gravy. I had the fried okra and he had the fried mushrooms. 5 stars on this food. Price is well worth the portions. The staff are very nice and fast. The place is a nice country atmosphere. Makes you feel at home.

Savanna was our server and she was AWESOME. The food was excellent and the rolls were amazing with butter and honey. The next time we are in the area we are coming here!

The chicken fried steak was great along with the potatoes (to die for). Eggs were flavored too. For the combo appetizer we chose fried mushrooms, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and fries. The fried pickles were great the fried mushrooms could use some spices in the batter but good, the mozzarella sticks were great as well. It was so much the appetizer almost filled us up. Breakfast quesadilla was good as well. The service was awesome I definitely will go here again if i am ever in Alvin TX again. I definitely recommend.

Stopped here for dinner and I had the one pound burger. It was delicious. Felt bad for the waitress because she was the only one and she was busy.

If you are looking for out of this world southern cooking done right, this is your new favorite spot. The food was amazing. The BLT had a pound of bacon on it. The open face beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and brown gravy was absolutely amazing. The food wasn’t the only thing that impressed me. Diane was the perfect server. Polite, friendly and respectful. 10/10 highly recommended.

I have often been to busy bee a lot.... Little did I know today I would have the best waitress ever! The service here has always been great but miss Diana has simply made sure my glass didn’t go past half way! I’ve never once had that happen in my life and will be 100% tipping today! Just another reason to keep coming to busy bees more often!
